We enable all people to view a funeral service even if they can’t be there in person. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING (We train you on everything!) You’ll work remotely and help us do our day-to-day business tasks. This may include general tasks related to customer service, help us keep track of sales, answer calls from customers, remotely manage video cameras, and monitor video streams. SHIFT HOURS We are flexible but the shifts we are looking for most are: - Full-time: Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat 6am to 2pm PST USA (40 hours per week) - Part-time: Thu, Fri, Sat 4pm to 9pm PST USA (15 to 20 hours per week) - Part-time: Thu, Fri, Sat 8am to 4pm PST USA (20 to 30 hours per week) SALARY We have a defined compensation model. We pay you $3 per hour during training. We pay you $3.15 per hour for the first couple months. After you are trained and have a few months experience, we pay you $3.25 per hour. After your first annual appraisal, we pay you $3.50 per hour. We also have a bonus structure that adds .50 cents to your hourly rate that can be achieved every 2 weeks with your team. There are other bonus opportunities as well.
