Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team and shape the visual identity of our brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing high-quality graphics, illustrations, and marketing materials for blogs, social media, and digital campaigns. This role is perfect for someone passionate about Web3 and blockchain, with a keen eye for aesthetics and a deep understanding of digital design trends.
Responsibilities:

- Design engaging graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for blog articles, social media posts, marketing materials, and product announcements.

- Create motion graphics and short animations for social media campaigns when needed.

- Develop brand-aligned visual concepts to enhance storytelling and user engagement.

- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to produce high-impact visuals that align with branding and messaging.

- Optimize graphics for various digital platforms, ensuring consistency and high quality across all assets.

- Stay updated on the latest design trends in Web3, DeFi, and blockchain to create innovative and relevant content.

- Assist in the creation of UI/UX assets for product branding when necessary.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Digital Artist, or Visual Designer in a tech, fintech, or Web3 company.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) and Figma.

- Experience creating engaging social media graphics, blog visuals, and digital marketing content.

- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

- Motion graphics or animation experience is a plus.

- Knowledge of Web3, blockchain, and DeFi branding styles is a strong advantage.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment while meeting deadlines.
